Established in 1997, New Car Net began life as the UK's first consumer car comparison website and claimed a string of awards during its first few months online. As the site grew to include more and more editorial, a series of content syndication deals – with the likes of Yahoo!, MSN, Time Online and Virgin Media – saw New Car Net rise to become the leading supplier of automotive content in the UK.
Our brief was to develop a new identity that would reflect the updated digital offerings and position the brand as a key player within the motoring news sector.
